Michelle Walters is the director of people and learning for the Midwest Institute for Sexuality and Gender Diversity.

In this role, Michelle leads the Institute’s education and learning portfolio, including facilitating and coaching the MBLGTACC student planning team. They negotiate and manage contracts for speakers and contractors, and manage the Institute's consulting services.
