Justin Drwencke serves as the executive director of the Midwest Institute for Sexuality and Gender Diversity. In this role, they bring over a decade of event and project management experience to guide the Institute’s strategic direction and oversee financial operations.

Justin is an alum of Michigan State University (2012) where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary humanities. In addition to event and project management experience, Justin's has career experience in the financial services industry and local government, where they have been responsible for technical communication, budget development and management, grant management and administration, and contract negotiation.

Justin currently lives in Lansing, Michigan with their partner, Trevor. They have an adorable Bernedoodle named Cannoli.
